Do you ship?
No, but we do local deliveries. Spend over $25 and shipping drops down to $5! Pickup is always free!
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to homes and businesses throughout the Saint Louis area between 8am-5pm.
Are your products allergy-friendly?
All our baked goods are gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free! We use coconut oil, almond flour, walnuts, and macadamia nuts though, so all of our baked goods are unsafe for those with nut allergies. We cannot guarantee that there isn't cross contamination from the nuts listed above.
I’m celiac. Can I eat your products?
Yes! But we operate under cottage law, so there is no certification involved. However, we are a gluten-free kitchen, so the risk of cross-contamination is virtually non-existent.
Do you have a physical storefront?
No. At this time, we only have our pickup location at Integrity Training Systems at 3010 Winghaven Blvd. So the only way to get delicious baked goods is to order online!
Do you do custom orders?
Unfortunately, no. We are focused on healthy, nutritious options that don't lend well to decorating custom desserts with icing/sprinkles/etc. Even without the decoration, though, our baked goods make great desserts for any occasion!
How does ordering work?
We take orders throughout the week until Sundays at 9pm. We bake on Mondays, then pickup/local delivery is Tuesdays. If your order comes after the cutoff, it is automatically pushed to the following week's orders. Want to save on delivery? Choose pickup for FREE pickup at Integrity Training Systems!
